looks like the 14.75 gallon TMS hopper is 19.93 inches and the 30 gallon drum is 19.25, might work

The one on the Blichmann looks custom made. You may have to do a custom job to get it to seal right.

Possibly. Not sure. Might be why I'm having trouble finding something similar.

Didnt work. So I will explore the Clampo Wadsworth, Ohio.

I've seen those clamps on other equipment before. I don't know if they make standard sizes or not. It just seems like a custom item to me because you need to specifiy the diameter as well as the lip to be clamped. There's an almost infinite number of combos.
I think they get used on cars - small diameter. And pool equipment - we have on on the sand filter. Small diameter again. The replacement for a Blichmann is $$. I would probably find another way to seal. It doesn't have to be that tight.
