My last two were near 100% conversion using Kim's chart. I have numbers from before and after the ramp but I will need to dig them out.

Could be better but I have to make a change to eliminate some dead space.

well it sounds like things have improved which is good. I think it's important to remember that #1 is, do you like the beer? if yes, who cares about another buck or so worth of base malt. that's my opinion anyway.

I have come around to that same position and yes, I like the beer.
