2-row, dry, for 30 minutes at 350df. I hope this airs out in the next week or so. It doesn't smell good now.

It should off-gas/air out in the next couple days, so if you're not brewing for a few (say, 3-4) days, you should be fine.

Brewed with this today. Simple PA with 2-row, toasted grains and some old school Cascades.

Oh yeah. I would not have used them if they still smelled that way. Still they were a little different. I was going for a special roast, biscuit, victory kind of thing. Smelled good in the boil.

Maybe a 25 minutes instead of 30. Or 325.

I've used toasted malt many times. Tends to taste very peanutty.
