I know for a fact that whatever this is, some people do it on purpose. Call it funk. Call it Brett. Call it poop. I don't know what it is but I have tasted homebrewed and commercial examples that had this exact character. Very Belgian to me but I can't really explain it better than that.
Brewing?

The only thing that's concerning me now is what came in contact with this batch. The primary, lid and airlock, racking cane and tubing, the keg, the cobra tap. The primary got hit with Starsan immediately on Saturday and the keg is filled with Starsan now and the cobra tap is inside the keg. I'll let that sit and then pour that Starsan into a bucket and throw the racking cane and tubing in there. I plan to brew on Friday and then again on Sunday and I don't any chance of contaminating anything else. I have the heebie-jeebies now.
