Citra Pils sounds good
Indeed; a pils w/ Mosaic also sounds like a worthy experiment. Might have to make one of those soon.

Looks like Columbus at 30 to bitter. Cascade and Citra at 5 and fermenter steep. Dryhopping is possible.
I got a jar of 34/70 to do the work.
It may not work but I think it will be fine.

When you say jar are you talking slurry, and if so, how much are you going to add?

I should have called it "New American Pilsner" Instead I think I will call it Pilsner Americano. It could be great .. it could be a flop but it will be beer!
