Indeed; a pils w/ Mosaic also sounds like a worthy experiment.  Might have to make one of those soon.

Looks like Columbus at 30 to bitter. Cascade and Citra at 5 and fermenter steep. Dryhopping is possible.

I got a jar of 34/70 to do the work.

It may not work but I think it will be fine.

When you say jar are you talking slurry, and if so, how much are you going to add?

A pilsner sounds good and a citra beer sounds good. I'm quite certain that if I tried it I might compare it to a citra pale ale especially if it had a good amount of late hops in it. Nothing wrong with any of that as I make citra pale ales all the time and have one drawn up now to be made with 1056. But something short circuits when I hear citra pilsner. Like Simcoe Dunkel or Amarillo Helles or Summit & Zythos Vienna. Keep us posted Drez... I'm sure it will be great.

I should have called it "New American Pilsner"  :)  Instead I think I will call it Pilsner Americano.  It could be great .. it could be a flop but it will be beer!
