Anybody know if you can still get isomerized extract?  I'm thinking of trying to make a few low-hop things like heffe or Berlinner, but I need some bitterness, and I can use the extract without problems.  I had some years ago, but haven't been able to find it recently.

Any leads?

Malt extract with isomerized alpha acids in it or hop extract with alpha acids in it?

Isomerized hop extract contains alpha acids.  George, I know it's definitely still being made, but I'm not sure who carries it retail.  Lemme check around.
