No personal use but I did see a thread on HBT that talked about some issues, this was a while ago and they may be fixed.  The accessories they offer are pretty cool.

Sure looks like a Ventmatic look-alike. One thing I like is the removable spout so that you can put a different one on there. Faucets like these usually come with a 12mm spout that is capable of a "hollow pour". A buddy of mine made some 8mm spouts that fit and they're a dream to tap a beer with.

I have one of those spouts .. wish I bought more at the time as it looks like he stopped making them.

I might have a couple extras. He's a guy I have had beers with many times. Do you have Perlick or VM faucets? IIRC, he made threaded models for both and I would only have the VM flavor.

Perlick.  I think ( guessing) when they changed faucet designs he stopped. They made a big improvement.

Drez: I have exactly ONE of those 8mm Perlick-threaded spouts. I seem to remember my bud giving me some samples and asking me to test the threads on my faucets. I found one 8mm spout in a plastic bag marked "P". I took one of my Ventmatic spouts off and tried to screw the "P" spout on and would not go so the threads are just slightly different. It's yours if you want it... it does me no good. PM me your address and I'll be happy to drop it in the mail.

Ive ordered four of these taps, along with stout and growler tips. No complaints.
