Saw this before but it is good for others, thanks for posting it.  I also think they are using extract for aroma but I have no proof of that.

I think it's probably out there somewhere, but it's so concentrated it's not easy to use.  When I was at Hop School I got a sample about the size of a tuna can.  It was enough to bitter 100 gal. to 50 IBU.

You can get hop extract for bittering in 5ml to 10ml syringes but I find it a pita. Very sticky and messy. Give me some high alpha pellets!
