first I've seen it. sounds pretty good though. just that and some 2-row and pale ale here we come!

I need to stop trying new things and go back to basics for a brew or two. My last two batches, while drinkable and fine are just not up to my standards. I am going back to Chinook/Citra this week with on change, no caravienne and instead carafoam. Using 1450 and a normal water treatment.

I hear you. I find myself drinking lots of pils which is about as classic as you can get

first I've seen it. sounds pretty good though. just that and some 2-row and pale ale here we come!
Left is 10% and right is 30% the rest is base. I am going to pick up a couple of pounds and see.

They do. I think 5% and maybe some regular carapils may be perfect for an IPA.

I'm curious how roasty it is. might make a really nice fall pale ale/amber.
