I'm sold in this fermentor, I just need to figure out how to keep a Co2 headspace when kegging. I have a couple of ideas in that though.

Has a considerable amount of chill haze. Hope it settles out soon. I'm impatient!

I think I am going to use my blowoff tube which is simply a three piece airlock with the top and bubbler removed and a tube put over the shaft in the middle. I put the other end in a starsan solution for primary. I think I'll use that same rigging and attach the other end to my Co2 and turn it on very low to keep a Co2 headsoace when kegging.
A good idea re: using CO2 at kegging. Any way you could burp the headspace w/ CO2 before racking?
Just thinking this might help to minimize the likelihood of O2 making its way into the keg.
