Today i racked a blueberry wine into the secondary, and a kolsch into the secondary, before i cleaned the buckets out i got to wondering, if i brewed a wheat beer and had the blueberries left over in the wine bucket, could i have dumped the fruit onto the wheat in it's secondary for flavor? Any problems here? the kolsch is my sons 35th birthday present so i didn't want screw it up.

You aren't going to get much flavor from used fruit. Acid and tannins, if anything. You won't regret using fresh.

The idea is good, but Scott's right. Use fresh blueberries.
