I think I'll go ahead and enter a few in this one. It'll be my first competition, but I've been thinking about competitions a lot recently as I want some feedback other than what I get from my friends. Their comments are usually along the lines of, "Damn, that's pretty good" or "Huh. You made this?".I have an American IPA and something that could be construed as an ordinary bitter. One version of the IPA is bottle conditioning, but it may present a hint of oak from about a week on 1oz oak chips. The other didn't get the oak treatment and would be bottled from the keg. Any thoughts on which one to submit?
