An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Also, I think, some recent studies indicate that heavy drinkers are healthier than non-drinkers. I am so happy that teh JOOSE has put them all together.I recently tried Green Apple by teh JOOSE. It had a good nose that hinted at the subtle flavors of a tart apple with a slight bite and crispness. I enjoyed the first sip as it tingled on my tongue. Then the full flavor set in. I thought to myself, what a wonderful way to experience a tart apple. I generally prefer the sweeter ones, but this was rather nice. Smooth with a follow on of tart that finished each swallow. The experience of the drink is not unlike one took a tart apple, blended it with awesomeness, and gave it shaken (not stirred) in a tall glass to be enjoyed by a secret spy so as not to draw attention. Then a day or two later I had half was a Granny Smith apple that a child of mine did not want to finish. The apple was actually more tart than the Green Apple teh JOOSE. I was rather surprised. I figured that the awesome that is teh JOOSE would have turned up the volume, gone medieval on the green apple tartness, but it had not. The real thing was harsher on the tongue than Green Apple teh JOOSE. My hat is off to the R&D folks at JOOSE. Their combination of tartness, certified colors, and lightning was just right in this can.The other characteristics are also rather nice. The green is a little less electric than Jungle teh JOOSE. I believe that a green apple is a little tamer than the jungle and this fit nicely. The alcohol was also tamed by the flavor and not nearly over powering at all, even though this was 12%.I now rank Green Apple teh JOOSE second to watermelon on my list. Then Dragon, though it is hard to beat Dragon in a drink.
