Hey... just made my Hacienda Lager (a Victoria clone... sort of. That is, Victoria, brewed in Mexico since 1865) with White Labs 940 Mexican Lager yeast. Looking forward to it. Cheers guys.KenL's a class act all the way. I've been a fan of Mexican food/lagers and he has helped me with that endeavor (as has ol' buddy, MAZ) with barely a nudge. Not just helpful but downright pleasantly eager.
