Are you going to ferment it cooler… say ≤64F ?  If so you are probably splitting hairs either way and my guess is that they will both do quite well. Personally I have yet to make a low gravity beer with 1318 so that is my blind spot here.

What temp are you planning to mash at?

153-155 is my target but that is easy to change. Fermentation Temp will start about 64 either way.

I'd stay on the higher side say 155-156

Agree, especially since I think both 1318 and 1469 are a touch more attenuative than 1968/002. At least they are in IME.

They are.

ETA: I would mash as high as 158, but not everyone is comfortable doing so.

I did add .5 of carapils to the recipe. Maybe I will stay closer to 155.

Decided on 1318 and also adding a bit of azacca into the hop bill.

that's what I've been drinking.  I haven't tried the non dry hopped keg yet.  I should probably do a side by side.

drinking the non dry hopped beer now.  still really good.  obviously not much galaxy in the nose but still quite a bit.  I like both versions.

I'm probably getting close to the end of this keg and I'm still liking the beer.   everyone should try this beer out if they like galaxy.
