BPA or Baby Pale Ale

drez - victory was present in the two transatlantic pale ales I sent you.  just something to keep in mind.

 

I find it's a nice grain for introducing some toasty aspects.

 

Thanks for adding this.  That helps my thought process.  Sadly I checked and no victory at home. I do have some Special Roast, seems to be in teh same family as victory but a bit darker.  Not sure I would want a .5# in this beer but maybe .25# would lend some complexity.

yeah - 4oz in 10 gallons would add some nice complexity I think.  I usually use a light hand with special roast.
