Last week I bought a bottle of Rex Goliath Merlot. The cork popped off like it was a champaign, with smoke swirling in the bottle top...weird, I thought! The taste was even weirder, carbonated.I contacted the company and this batch was not supposed to have been shipped. It had not been through the second firmentation stage. They are compensating me for the bad bottle.

many retailers will refund your money directly if you get a bad bottle, good to see they stood by their product!
