This stuff just hit the market here and I am impressed. A dimension beyond the usual VP. Label says they are using a hop named Triskel to dry hop this year, which is a cross between French Strisselspalt and English Yeoman. If Olivier Dedeycker is shows up at Belgium Comes to Cooperstown and any one can buttonhole him, please pick his brain on this one. Can't seem to find Triskel in the U.S. - so far.

Worth a look. If U.S. Customs considers it plant or seed material, could be subject to quaranteen. This will be fun.

Craftbrewer in Australia has them. I have ordered from them in the past, including hops, no customs issues, they get here to the west coast in about a week.

I had the chance to sample this beer and I also liked it but I was not expecting such a hop punch. Not that it was overwhelming, and I do think it played well off Dupont's yeast character. Would I buy it again? Yes. Especially if each year's offerings are different. Do I prefer Dupont's signature Saison? I think so. But this beer did inspire me.

Having the 2014 version of this tonight. This year it is apparently dry hopped with Challenger. Very nice.
