I haven't had time to make my press yet and the Whitney Crabs are ripe and perfect. Picked a couple bushels of them this morning. I have read that you can freeze apples that are going to be squeezed. Has anyone done this? Is there anything to it other than just sticking them in the freezer and waiting until the press and the September/October apples are ready too?
