I've had mixed success with S-04, but it has made some really nice beer, too. It can make a nice Bitter. I like it when the recipe is designed so it doesn't finish too heavy or sweet, the fermentation temperature is moderated to keep it from getting too fruity, and the temperature is kept even or raised before the yeast is finished to keep the fermentation going and maximize attenuation.

It looks like the memory card in my camera has gone bad. I'll post a picture as soon as I get around to getting a new one.
