5 lb Weyermann Pils
1 lb Weyermann Munich I
1 lb Muntons Roasted Barley
2 lb Flaked Barley
90 min mash @ 150-151°F
Hops:
Magnum (90 min boil, pellet) to 20 IBU's
EK Goldings (15 min boil, pellet) to 15 IBU's
EK Goldings (25 min hop-stand, pellet) to 4 IBU's
WY 1217 West Coast IPA (harvested slurry)
Specs: ~1.048 for 5.5 gallons in 1° (80% efficiency on my system), ~39 IBU's, and 33 SRM (per Beersmith 2).
