The british yeasts usually drop out nicely so that's helps and being at 56° probably helps too. My beers are usually colder in the draft fridges so when they're first tapped they have some haze. I will have a run of beers with 1728 coming up shortly and something along the lines of a 4% bitter sounds good. I need some EKG or something.

I remember looking for that biofine at my local supply house and they didn't have it. I should probably try it. Is it better than gel?

Cask Bitter (now long gone unfortunately!)

Is this the West Yorkshire/Challenger beer?  Thinking of giving that a try but with EKG.

Not sure if its the one you are thinking of. This was a landlord-ish recipe. 1.044 97% MO, 3% Simpsons Extra Dk. Crystal,  Challenger to bitter, EKG at 10 and Styrians at FO.

ETA: West Yorkshire for the yeast

Got it. If you are familiar with Amber malt I'd say make it. I liked the one above a little better but both were quite good.

Thanks.  I have malts to make either and same for the hops so it will be a toss up I guess.

ETA: Other than the Challenger but I can sub that out.

Make the first one and go straight EKGs?

I just received a fresh pack of 1469 yesterday. A bitter of some sort is in the works here. Just need time to brew now!

Here's a beer I am calling Two Chicks. Its like a less malty version of New Glarus' Two Women made with WY2352. Turned out fantastic.
