A red lager I have been putting a dent in for a few weeks. Not quite as dark and red as I could get it... maybe add ½ ounce of Carafa III in there to darken it up and bring out the red. Still... tasty in this summery weather we're enjoying.

I'm at the tail end of this ESB and I'm trying to kill the keg this weekend so I can drop another beer into it on Sunday. I'm going to miss this beer.

My Grapefruit Sculpin clone is carbing right now, has been in keg for like 5 days. Smelled really good going in, I can't wait to drink it. I'll have to settle for my imperial "blonde" I guess

This is my SNPA clone which was my first beer on the Grainfather.  Turned out really really good.

Here's a pic of an oatmeal stout I did, just went to keg. Nice and chewy and roasty. Will be great carved up. Clicked in at I think around 8%. Grain bill was uncomfortable in the grainfather, but it worked.






This is a red ale that my wife's cousin made in my grainfather. Racked to secondary tonight. I'm not a big fan of reds, bit I have to say this is a really nice beer, sample tasted great and as you can see a really nice color.
