The weather has been weird lately but yesterday it was warm, sunny and perfect. I worked, got on my bike, cut the grass and kept thinking about this beer all day. At about 5:01, I grabbed one and started making dinner. There is a helles with half Rahr Pale Ale malt and half Barke Pils (2124) waiting on deck and I'm really looking forward to it. I also have a dark lager (two actually) waiting patiently and I would really like to get those to the taps as well. Cheers kids.

I had to wipe sweat off the glass.  it's not quite "ken clear" but it's pretty damn clear for the 6 oz of dry hops I put in that keg

I see it and it looks AWESOME. I have an amber in primary now and when it was going into primary the color looked similar. I just got out of a meeting and it's a beautiful 85° & sunny day here today. It will be hard to ignore the taps until 5pm.

Last night I kegged my first attempt at a NEIPA.  Went from 1.062 down to 1.008.  Crazy hoppy, needs to mellow out a touch.  Not bad on my first attempt!
