Says, "man this is a great beer, love the color, flavor and level of carbonation." I'm thinking, she actually listens to my beer crap once in awhile. Happened to be a new freshly carbed Tripel I made a bunch of weeks ago and bottled. Then she says, "you need to bring this to your next club meeting and definitely make more."Fellas, maybe I'm wrong but I see tons of leverage to set up a few consecutive brew weekends and also make my meetings. Paint the master? Honey, can't. we're getting low on the Tripel, IPA, Saison etc...

If you're a weekend brewer, make one day (say Saturday) your day to brew, and the other day is your day to tackle chores.
Do you think your wife would go for that?

I listen to what my wife says and what she likes. I try to make beers that I know she likes and I try to have one version or another available at all times. It makes brewday easier no matter what you're brewing.

I prefer weekday brewing. I was pitched and cleaned up by 8 last night. And my wife will drink about any style I brew.

My fiance is starting to like beer more. She really likes sour beers, fruit beers, berlinners, and porters. I think I'm gonna have to tackle a berlinner pretty soon.

Fellas, my wife loves my beers and she's a fan of my brewing and she's relatively always cool except when she's not hahahahaha......
Plus I conduct my mis en place days in advance; measuring, grinding, getting water ready etc... I mash in before bed on Friday and am typically chilling wort and cleaning up by the time Princess comes down for breakfast Saturday morning.
This way I never waver in waiting on her hand and foot
