Getting in a couple of brews over the next few days. Brewing an APA tonight with Mosaic throughout hopped to about 37-38 IBU's and ferment with 1272. Also going to brew a Brown this weekend with S-04.

I'm re-brewing my Foreign Stout that went to the second round of Nationals. It won a gold in first round and scored 39 in the second but didn't make it to the mini-bos.

Sure. It's basically the Can You Brew It 8 Wire Stout adjusted down to 1.080. I'll post it in the recipe section when I have the whole thing in front of me. I originally brewed it as a RIS but didn't hit the numbers. It would get beaten up in the RIS category but usually scored well in FES.

Confirmed: I am making MLPA tomorrow (Sat 8/2) with this Malteurop base malt, some wheat and C60. Mt. Hood plus a smidge of Hallertau get get the IBUs up a bit and 1056.
