I kind of wonder if there is anyone that builds semi-custom walk-ins. You could probably get something an order of magnitude better for only a little bit more.

Can't you just turn the AC in the house to 35°F until you get all of this worked out? Then you can kep you beer at serving temp out in the open and use a space heater to heat the lager chamber.
