What are the plans for all this beer?

3 or 4 are for my club's Oktoberfest party on Sept 20th. Some are for contests or experimental beers I wanted to try brewing. The rest are to bring the stocks back up. I hadn't brewed much since April so I was running low on beer.

Wow, that's a nice streak. I have had some "busy" times in the past where I was on fire with the brewing but I'm not sure I ever had that pace. But I will say this... when you're brewing in anticipation of a lot of beer drinking, you gotta overestimate! :D I remember telling you guys about when I had a house full of family for about 5 days (2 of my sisters and their husbands and 5 of my early-20s nieces and nephews plus a friend of theirs) and they killed about 6 kegs in that time. One night I must have had 20-25 people in the basement all drinking from the taps and every night seemed to go until between 2am and 4am. When faced with that... 5 gallons doesn't seem like very much beer! You gotta prepare! :P Nice work, CWG.

Are these all 5 gallons? I could see doing that. I can knock out 5 gallons in about 5 hours with cleanup. What would piss me off is the cellar work.

I'll likely do 2-3 more, and some wine/mead

I have 2 fruit wines and a melomel going right now

I've had a bucket of blueberry blossom honey in the basement for about 3 years now. I still haven't pulled the trigger on a mead yet. I've done wine from grapes a few times with a big group. Wine is fun but I prefer beer.

I like to give out wine as gifts to family and friends.
