[Big Nake]

Stopped at the LHBS this afternoon and picked up more Rahr Pale Ale malt, some 1056, various other supplies and then Amarillo, Mosaic, Nelson, Columbus, Glacier and then... Australian Summer and also German Hull Melon. Anyone used them? If there's no good indication of what to do with them, I plan to make a bunch of pale ales with this malt and use late hops in each one (a Mosiac version, an Amarillo version, Nelson, German Hull Melon, Australian Summer, etc).
