I couldn't brew last weekend like I wanted to so I'm brewing today.  Everything is now all set up and cleaned,  time to heat up some water.

How was v1 and what sort of changes are you making? Curious to hear your process of modification.

Just moved my Russian Imperials Stout to secondary on Bourbon oak honeycomb.

That sounds good. My RIS should be done now. I have not decided what to finish mine with .

No brewing for me this weekend, working Monday and family stuff on sunday.

No brewing this weekend. I'm having a big group over here to hang out today and my guess is that a number of kegs will go down. The only stuff I'm "making" today is ribs, brats, burgers, polish snausages, dogs, salsa and guac! Cheers and enjoy your weekend Beerheads.

Have a pitch of Walhallaweisse, the Clemson native wild yeast.  A Berlinner weisse is in order tomorrow.

I'm feeling mildly slow today but it's possible that I'll find the energy to clean & sanitize a keg and rack something into it. If the day continues at the current pace, I may just say #### it.

Brewed 5 gallons of a faux Vienna Lager. faux because I'm cheating and using WYeast 1007. Also used the free time while boiling to make sauerkraut.

Didn't get anything cleaned. Worked on the mill. Didn't finish that. Drank beer instead.
