No. I know I should have but this particular corny has a very stubborn out post that usually requires me to get my hand inside the keg and giggle/work the tube out... I didn't want to open up that can of PBR......
the outpost is hard to slide out? is the tube a little squished or something? all of my outposts are pretty loose.

If only this was the PH that would be gold... Gold I tell ya!
What is the pressure set to? Do you think you somehow overcarbonated the keg?

Upon (finally) getting a pint, the beer is certainly not over carbed. It is one of two dedicated lines off the regulator and the other beer attached is pouring perfect with at desired carb. It's likely something with the dip tube which means I suffer through it or perform surgery.
I wonder if you jumpered a little bit of other beer through the dip tube you could clear out whatever is clogging it. might be worth a shot if you have a similar beer around.

if you have a block on the beer out line why not just shoot some CO2 through there and see if you can clear it?

Stupid question, but can I take the CO2 line and put it on the out line?
yeup. the out post is slightly smaller than the in post. just make sure to vent the keg before/while doing this so you don't accidently push beer up into your regulator.

I just take the grey co2 end off the hose and throw a black beer out one on there. I agree with being careful to not have been end up in the regulator.

I would have to pretty much cut my gas line to get the QD off. do you have some other method?
also - I wonder if he could temporarily swap the posts but leave the dip tube where it is.

I've got enough gas line to make a cut. Sounds like that would be the best way?
if it's easy it would be the best way. if you need to get a hose barb out of the gas line I'd just stick the gas QD on the liquid out post.

And I'm guessing drez has ball locks with a 1/4" flare connector not a barb so you can swap them around easier.
yes, that is what I meant. You said it in a much more coherent way!

The poppet on the outpost can cause this as well. I replaced mine and the problem was solved.
