What do you guys think of this as a possible fermenter? have been brewing more 10g batches and this would be pretty convenient. Usually 11g goes into the fermenter. I worry about to much headspace. If anything it would be good for grain storage.https://stlouis.crai...4649752868.html

can't answer your question but it looks like one of those bear-proof cannisters to use in the backcountry.

It should work just fine.  Add and airlock to it and you will be ready to go.

I've fermented cider and wine in similar containers. They work great.

So long as it fits in your fermenter, you're fine. Just means you need to push your limits to bigger batches and fill more kegs!
