A couple weeks ago I missed my gravity by quite a bit and added 5# of honey to the fermenter while I was filling it. My aeration is a stirrer on a cordless drill so it should have been stirred up fairly well. Looking back the honey probably bumped it up to 1.060 or so for 10+ gallons in the fermenter. Today is 13 days and it's still bubbling. I was going to keg tonight. Temperature has been constant. Is this usual for honey to ferment out slow?

In my novice experience, I'd say more info is needed. For example are you talking beer? 5 pounds of honey seem like a hugely adequate amount for a batch of beer? Might you offer a few more details.

Anything other than beer generally takes a lot longer to ferment out, like mead, cider, wine, etc.  So if you have made a braggot (which is a "honey beer") as it sounds, then yes, I would expect that fermentation will probably take a good 4 to 6 weeks to finish.  Your patience will be rewarded.
