6 of the 60 doors will be dedicated to BYO. Beers of my choosing. Individually priced bottles with a 25% discount if you buy 6 or more. Allows me to have flexibility on what I put in there. Always hated the flat priced BYO doors. I'll be able to offer any priced 16oz bottle in them so you could essential have a 6 dollar 6 pack or a 30 dollar one.

My favorite beer store allows you to buy a single of anything in the store. You are free to break any sixer you want and buy one or two bottles(though it is a higher price per bottle buying individually).The "make your own 6 pack" beers are consistently the oldest beers on the shelf at the places I have shopped.

Just saw something new. I was in a store that had an automatic wine sample dispenser. Customers could buy prepaid cards and use them in the machine to get small samples. I think it was a $1 a sample. This was the machine.
