Siphon/hose, CO2 to go with that keg, sanitizer, hydrometer to name a few.
Go get a turkey fryer and go straight to full boils.

Temp strip - usually i don't have one when i buy a bucket.
Starsan.
Wort chiller of some kind.
Long Mixing spoon.
Thermometer.

Looks like I'm going to bottle for now (bombers). I sold my kegs and kegerator a couple years ago. Going to take me a minute to regain legging gear...Brian, do you have a kegging setup or are you bottling?

Worst thread title EVER.
ETA: I really want to start brewing again but it's been so busy lately. I may also consider a extract batch just to get the juices flowing again. The hurdle is more about the time to get all the brewing stuff back in order than the actual brewing time.

I did BIAB earlier this year. A couple of batches. I wasn't crazy about the results.

Curious about this too. I have done a couple bathes and the results have been good. I did buy a real BIAB bag and not a paint strainer so that may be part of the difference. Plan on doing a BIAB bitter this weekend.

why are you doing BIAB? You have all of the equipment to sparge if you want to.
