Thorwing this out there for the sour people, I just found out about this show on the Brewing Network.  I have not had a chance to listen to them yet but so far they have had  Jay Goodwin from The Rare Barrel, Michael Tonsmeire and Lauren Salazar on.  Here is the BN description:

"Hosted by Jay Goodwin, co-founder of The Rare Barrel in Berkeley, California, The Sour Hour is an in-depth look into the process of making wild ales (sour beer). With the help of some of the best sour brewers in the world, Jay discusses the techniques required to make world class sour beer."

Fingers crossed that this is good information and like the original Jamil show and less Sunday show like.

Sours is one area I really want to focus on in my next brewing revival.  I've never done one, but I'm excited to try.

I am getting back to brewing up some sours myself.  Hope to have a couple of fruited ones ready for spring.

I've got that on my iPod, but haven't listened to it yet.
