When I'm ready to chill the wort I yell For the Mrs. When she comes in the garage I call her a bitch and duck behind the kettle. Her icy stare chills the wort in seconds!Cheers.

This method is still in the theory stage. Practical application development and integration will probably be too costly for all but the largest government entities.

Yeah, maybe recruit some other brewers and their wives and do some test marketing before you put yourself at risk. I'm thinking that some women might chill the wort cooler than others. Your real 'witchy' types could probably freeze the wort in the middle of summer and I'll be honest... I don't want to volunteer for that demonstration and put myself in personal danger.
