I made a Citra pale ale with columbus bittering and Citra flavoring hops( 2 oz total citra) . I used the Clarity ferm on this brew. It is really clean and medium bodied. I love the taste .I was worried after reading reviews of possibly getting a lighter body with the clarity ferm use. This is not that case for my 153 mash brew.

After 11 days of 10 psi carbonation i pulled a glass, I am pleased.

Yeah my understanding is that you cant any difference with beers treated with clarity ferm. IIRC Basic Brewing or someone did a blind tasting.

I think it was Colby's Beer and Wine Journal.

Yep.  BBR is James' thing that Chris helps with.  BWJ is the opposite.

I know right. Having trouble with pic posting.

And no to question two. Just wanted to try it. Have a couple of Civilians interested in it.
