They dump the condensate on both the HLT and the Kettle during the brew session. I'm just saying you can hear when the steam jacket is being put into action.

Once my Ebrew setup is in place I plan on making this room pretty nice. Id like to do something with the concrete walls and floor to dress it up a bit.

yes messy.  I have been going through stuff trying to figure out what is in some bins and what I need to keep or throw away.  It should be better organized in the next few weeks.  This crash cart was part of my birthday present from my parents so this will head down there and keep a lot of the gear I have in various places down there.

I like that cart. Very nice! Getting to your most used stuff will be great with this. And even storing stuff you use but just not very much. 

 

I sold so much stuff I had lying around to fund my Ebrewery. I ended up getting somewhere around $1k. I still have stuff sitting around. I do have some shelving and a cabinet they just need organized I guess.

I have 6 of these:

 

1 brew day

2 chemicals

3 bottling

4 tri-clamp

5 kegging

6 draft equip.

 

I had to do it to keep all the right stuff in one place where I could find it.
