I need to be more consistent in my brewing.

I am a carpenter that does not use a square when it comes to brewing.

I feel like I have done enough that just like cooking, I 'know' how much of something is right.

Makes repeatability impossible however.

And ditch all the brass from the brew riggings.

Those and to brew more which I already have bested last years output :-D are my goals.

I brewed quite a bit of please other folks sort of beer this past year. In 2015 I want to brew more funky beers. Probably a few different Saisons, a few Wild Brews, and some other random Belgians. I'll also brew the standard go to beers, just not as many.

I think I will continue to brew this same recipe exclusively now for a few more times in hopes it helps in my establishing a consistent brew / results.

Gonna try for another round this weekend of this IPA with  a bit of rye.

Then when I am satisfied maybe move on to something else or just tweak this recipe a bit.

That sounds cool. Do those barrels need to be under specific temperature/humidity control?
