I'm cleaning 3 kegs from the weekend Christmas party aftermath. Ugh! I have 7 cornies total, 4 have booze in them. Here's what I have on tap now.1. Hard Cider2. Gold IPL3. Czech Pils4. Czech Cerne'(black lager-carbing)5. ...6. ...7. ...What would you brew for kegs 5,6, and 7?

I was eyeballing that anchor steam recipe in BYO thinking about a steam beer. How did your Bahston lager clone compare to the original?

It wasn't that close... but it was good. Let's say it was inspired by SABL.  :D  I used Vangard and Santium in that beer.  I want to make it again.

Ive got the IPA covered with my IPL, got the dark covered with the Cerne'. Is there such a thing as a Brett Saison? Never have used it and love the pineapple I got from a commercial brett beer I drank.Bunch of great ideas here fellas. Keep em coming.

1060-1070 pils and munich.... Hallertau or some noble at 60 and 15... and a TON of healthy yeast... should be a winner.  Just an idea.

Otherwise Dunkel.

I love that you're a lager guy... this what should I brew thread is so much more fun than the normal ale guy!!

Lager is my default now. Haven't used ale yeast in a year or more. Dopplebock may be on the menu.

If you are looking to get something in the rotation soon, I'd suggest a Hefe fermented at the lower end to pull out the clove notes.

I used realbeerguys dark mild recipe that is in the recipe index and I really like it after it.  I will be honest that I was not thrilled with it after I first kegged it but after a couple weeks in the keg it really came alive and I really like it.  I plan to make a couple tweaks for my taste but I think it is a good start.

whatever you like in 1,2 and 3....

What I would make is, 1) Rye Porter. 2) Irish Red Ale (Gotta get ready for St. Patty's Day), 3) Hefeweizen
