Last step to prep for brewing tomorrow was to get the kettle set up for pellets. Been two weeks since I brewed. Someone forgot to clean out the leftover wort and hop pellets. It actually smelled interesting. Visually, well let's say that was not so pleasant. First time I have ever done that.

OMG, really? The very next thing after oxygenating and pitching yeast is cleaning the kettle. I can't imagine how crusted-on that shizz would be. Well, at least you found out today and not right before running off tomorrow. Cheers and good luck with the brewday.
