I would venture to say mine is in the mid-50's. Funny because I turned on the kitchen faucet this morning and noticed that it was colder than normal. I'll check when I get home. I do know that when I brewed a couple weeks ago, I chilled through my Thermonator and it hit my fermenter at 64°! Love cold weather brewing!
I was out in Phoenix/Scottsdale this weekend enjoying many Victoria Lagers! Went on a brewery tour and hit up North Mountain Brewery, OHSO, and Phoenix Ale Brewery.

I happened to be filling a secondary with cold tap water and Starsan and I was also taking the pH of my cold tap water and my meter said the temp was 50.4°. Then I stuck my Thermapen into the Starsan solution I just mixed up and it said 46.6°. Wow, that is colder than I thought. Anyone else? Schwanz... you don't count. I know it will be 75° or something.
This time of year it's around 45-50F. In summer, it's around 60F. 100 ft. deep well.

Mine's 46F. Found that out when I started heating strike water a little while ago (sneaking in a brew day today).
