Yeah, I occasionally burn out on them if I have too many keg after keg but I really need to keep one on tap on a relatively regular basis. A nice ESB is a treat! Have fun on that Ski-A-Palooza and have fun making UK ales when you get back.Those sacks of malt they are siting on are Warminster floor malted MO. Picked up a sack of it and other sundries at Northern Brewer in Milwaukee today. Was surprised to find that today was 20% off any one item in the store day, got a nice deal on that artisan malt. Next weekend I am out of town again to participate in a cross country ski race. My last few batches have been for taking with us for that event. When I return task number one will be to crack open that bag of floor malted MO and put it to use filling my new pin cask with some nice british inspired ales. Cheers!!
