I guess I should not watch the videos
my one complaint is their "immersion chiller" isn't really that. it's running the wort through an IC which is different compared to what most people do. still a valid method though.

their brew master seems great. really knowledgeable lady. seems like she's already figuring out ways to kind of "hack" this thing to do what she wants.
they are winning me over with these videos!
okay, I'm sold if I didn't want to make big batches. buy this thing up people!
Annie was not only AHA Homebrew of the Year in 2013, she won the Pilsner Urquell Master Homebrewer contest. She specializes in light and Euro lagers. If the Zymatic can make those, it seems like it would be good for all other styles.
